Everybody loves a free game. And Sony’s PlayStation Plus satisfies the player’s thirst by offering two games every month for free. But it seems like the company has got into some hot water. Basically, the users who subscribed to the service were left unhappy with the October games for PlayStation Plus. The users want Sony to take matters into their own hands and take the steps necessary to improve the service.
PlayStation Plus: users want Sony to make changes to the service
The games that players are not particularly happy about are Mortal Kombat X and PGA Tour 2K21. Both these games are not being met with open arms as users think that Sony has duped them. Mortal Kombat X and PGA Tour 2K21have not been very popular among fans, so it is quite reasonable that fans are not happy.

With that being said, everyone wants different things, and pleasing everyone can be a tough thing. It’s the same with games. With only two games on offer, Sony is left with very limited opportunities. While these games are not exactly bad, but they are simply too old now. The company should listen to its users and community as well and then try to select games they think the majority of users will enjoy.

Many fans took to Reddit to share their views on the current debacle. A disappointed user of Mortal Kombat X wrote, “Ridiculous. This game is literally six years old.” He further added, “Not only that, they gave us standard edition which is a bigger insult! The game is good, is just, they could have given the more complete edition of it.”
Sony has messed up badly and will need to rethink its policies going forward. Upsetting these many fans can be disastrous for Sony as well as for the future of the PlayStation Plus service.
