Sony’s plans for PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now’s integration will soon be a reality. It’s true, and the new service will have both PS Plus and PS now’s features and it will be called PlayStation Plus. PlayStation’s CEO confirmed the integration across three regions: Asia, America, and Europe. The process begins next month itself, but the dates will differ for every region.
Asian markets (excluding Japan) gonna be the first to experience it on May 23rd, 2022, followed by Japan on June 1st, 2022. Then it’ll reach America and Europe markets on 13th and 22nd June 2022, respectively. Besides these three regions, the service will be expanded to the rest of the world that has PS Plus accessibility. That’s not all, Sony’s also launching PlayStation’s cloud streaming access across 30 global markets.

On 22nd April (Saturday), Nibel shared the information via Twitter. The new PS Plus will feature three membership tiers globally: PS Plus Essential, PS Plus Extra, and PS Plus Premium. In fact, all three tiers differ price-wise and feature unique services, offers, and other deals.
Upon integration, PS Now won’t be accessible as a standalone service. And with no extra charges, PS Now subscribers will be migrated to PS Plus. Undoubtedly, it’s a wonderful news and the community’s looking forward to it. The new PS Plus will indeed bring significant convenience to the fans. On 29th March 2022, PlayStation’s CEO Jim Ryan mentioned tons of details regarding the coming changes on the PlayStation Blog. And according to Jim, here’s how the new PS Plus will help benefit the fans:
