But the philanthropist YouTuber had to cancel that plan because of the vast crowd. However, more videos and images have popped up on the internet, showcasing the madness in the store.

MrBeast’s inability to attend caused a grocery store raid

YouTube star MrBeast thought of secretly visiting a local grocery store, Piggly Wiggly, and buying groceries for some customers there. Further, he had also taken permission from the manager to shoot the video at the store.

However, the 24-year-old had to cancel the event as he claimed the store employees asked locals to come and buy groceries for free. It led to a massive crowd of people coming to the store, and MrBeast eventually had to cancel his place to visit there.

Recently, more shots have appeared from this incident, revealing what a mess it was. People who came to the store were not buying groceries but were hoarding food like an apocalypse was near. People were stuffing their carts with groceries and even got giant garbage bags to fill them.

Further, people shared videos where the crowd left those stuffed bags and carts here and there after knowing MrBeast canceled the plan. But some locals later came to the mall to help the staff clean up the store. While cleaning up, they also witnessed a lot of damage in the store.

MrBeast blames the staff for this chaos

Many were leaving negative remarks about MrBeast for causing this chaos. But he revealed in a text to the internet personality Keem Star that it was supposed to be a surprise event. In the text, he mentioned that the staff had spread false information to the locals about him buying out the store.
