PlayStation has finally announced a new Backbone One – PlayStation Edition revolutionizing the mobile gaming industry.
Back in 2022, PlayStation partnered with Backbone, a company specializing in making mobile connecting consoles. The franchise’s first partnership revealed a PlayStation edition for iOS, receiving a tremendous response. After all, fans could play their video games with a few simple keys, even without connecting to a console. And looking at this, almost a year later, Sony’s gaming hub decided to add one for their Android fans. So, the real question is, will this allow the franchise to add a larger fanbase?

For those uninitiated, the Backbone One device allows players to have the ultimate gaming experience. It brings out all AAA titles from the vault, let alone allows players to enjoy them on their mobile phones. This product brings out a similar look to the PlayStation 5 DualSense controller, with elegant colors, materials, and finishes as the original.
Moreover, the transparent buttons bring out the apt floating experience, keeping the hype intact. And not to forget, PlayStation claims users owning the Pulse 3D headset can directly connect it to the Backbone One. The device’s ability to break the barrier between the PS5/PS4 and your mobile phone is something that makes it more interesting.
For instance, if your console has access to the internet, you can easily connect your iPhone/Android Phone. By doing this, players can enjoy all their favorite games on their phones with the use of the PS Remote Play app.
Keeping their partnership intact, Backbone One also has a special app designed for fans that store all popular games. Some AAA titles include Genshin Impact, Fantasian, Call of Duty: Mobile, and more. So, if you find trouble accessing the other apps, Backbone has got it covered for you.
