Mark Fischbach, famously known as Markiplier, is a famous American YouTuber. He has been making videos on the platform since 2012, meaning he’s been making YouTube videos for over a decade now. He became a fan-favorite YouTuber thanks to his gaming videos, especially the ones where he played horror games.

The 33-year-old creator comes from humble beginnings in Honolulu. But after years of hard work, Markiplier has made a net worth of around $38 million. In an interview with fellow YouTuber Anthony Padilla, Fischbach honestly talked about his fortune from the decade-long run on YouTube.
Markiplier revealed making an “unfathomable” fortune from YouTube
In the interview with Padilla, Markiplier touched on various topics, including amassing a massive fortune. The 33-year-old started from the beginning of not growing up in riches. He shared how his parents gave a copy of Starfield to him that he had to share with his siblings, as it was their Christmas present too.
But these conditions never disappointed Mark. Instead, he worked hard to make his $38 million net worth and a comfortable lifestyle. It led Padilla to claim that Fischbach has made an “unfathomable amount of money.” The YouTuber didn’t try to reject Padilla’s claim and said, “It’s true. People know how many views I get. My channel has had 17 billion views.”

The interviewer was surprised to hear about the views on his channel. Then Anthony Padilla hinted at Markiplier making around $17 billion from his videos alone, as he said, “Especially when you get $1 per view.” Again, the YouTuber didn’t show any rejection of the claim and instead said, “Exactly.”
How does Mark spend his money?
Even Mark couldn’t believe the fortune he made from his YouTube videos. Emphasizing on how much he earns, he said in the interview, “People don’t understand just how much money falls out of the YouTube bucket.” But Markiplier prefers a simple life. So after buying a house and car, and keeping enough money aside to be comfortable for the rest of his life, he donates most of his money to charity.
