The Last of Us Season 1 has ended, and fans have already started looking forward to the confirmed second season. But they might have to hold their horses for the while, as the second season is not coming out anytime soon.
But talking about the first part, it is still hard to believe that the nine-episode-long season has already concluded. Fans are not alone in feeling this way; a significant cast member of this video game adaptation felt the same way on the final shoot for Season 1. This cast member is none other than Bella Ramsey, who played Ellie on the HBO show.

Bella Ramsey found it difficult when The Last of Us shoot got over
Joel and Ellie built a father-daughter bond over their long voyage together in the HBO series. As a result, Ellie refused to travel with anybody other than Joel. Meanwhile, Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey, who played these two characters, forged a similar bond off-set that Ramsey talked about at The Jonathan Ross Show.
Ramsey had a hard time accepting the fact that she would be leaving Pedro Pascal on the last day of their shoot when she was lying beside the 45-year-old actor on the set. The 19-year-old English actress even admitted that she tried to convince herself that they would return the following week. But that “next week never came” for the young English actress.

Also, Bella is unlikely to meet Pedro on The Last of Us sets for some time. According to the actress herself, filming for the second season wouldn’t begin until the end of this year. Even if they do meet, they may not share much time because of Season 2 following the events in the second game.
Even Bella Ramsey has hinted that Pedro Pascal may have less screen time. But the series creator has pointed at the HBO adaptation taking a different route to the second game, which might affect how many appearances Pedro Pascal’s character might have in the upcoming season.
