Everything to know about the upcoming Valorant Map: Pearl and its release date

A few days ago, Valorant officially showcased the first look at the upcoming eighth map Pearl. Interestingly, developers have made multiple references to its newest setting, with pictures and videos of an underwater city. Until and unless you are living under a rock, you might know that there are several rumors about the upcoming map will feature a new, watery world for players to explore.

Not to mention, after watching Pearl’s teaser, some CS: GO fans are also noticing some similarities to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive map Inferno. Interestingly, the color and ambiance are reminiscent of Inferno. Moreover, some fans also claimed that Valorant’s Pearl looks like a cleaner, happier version of Inferno.

Indeed, several users are looking forward to exploring the futuristic underwater city with the release date of Episode 5. Unfortunately, developers have not announced the official release date of the Pearl map yet. However, Riot Games mostly introduces major content such as maps or Agents at the start of each Episode.

Therefore, we are expecting the Pearl map to be officially released with the launch of Episode 5 Act 1. Since the last map, Fracture, was introduced way back in September 2021; developers might launch the upcoming underwater city on June 21 or 22.
