How is the reception of OW 2 so far?

Overwatch 2 is a free-to-play online FPS game developed by Blizzard Entertainment. The game is a direct sequel to OW 1. So far, both of the games are very similar in many aspects. The only difference is some major updates on the PvP modes, maps, and visuals.

Ever since the launch of the game, it is receiving some negative feedback from the community. The game had some serious issues with the online servers and lobbies, resulting in very mixed reviews so far. While OW 2 has a positive 80% score on Metacritic, it only managed to get two stars out of five in google ratings.
