THROWBACK: YouTube Star MrBeast made the two biggest Minecraft creators duel for $100,000
Jimmy collaborated with the two biggest Minecraft creators, Dream and Technoblade. Dream gained substantial popularity in 2019 and 2020. He is famous for his YouTube series Minecraft Manhunt and for his Minecraft speed runs. On the other hand, Technoblade had 11 million subscribers on his main channel. He was famous for his livestreams and his involvement in the Dream SMP.
Owing to Jimmy’s incredible creativity, he made both of them duel each other for $100,000. With so much money on the line, it was pretty understandable why none of them rejected the opportunity. MrBeast mentioned Dream was familiar with Minecraft version 1.16; whereas Techno had a greater edge on version 1.8. Therefore, he decided to rotate the game version after the end of each duel.

Moreover, in order to keep things fair, Jimmy tossed the coin and selected version 1.8 based on the outcome. He also specified that both creators will fight each for 10 duels and the one who wins 6 duels wins the cash prize. Since Techno had an advantage over Dream when it comes to Minecraft 1.8, you can easily guess the outcome as he destroyed Dream in the first round.

However, Dream made the score even by winning the second round as soon as Jimmy switched to version 1.16. Karl was supporting Dream as his fellow best friend, while Chris was cheering for Techno. Since both creators are known for their Minecraft skills, none of them disappointed Jimmy and his crew. However, Technoblade won the best of 10 duels against Dream at the end and the final score was 6-4.
