The cosmetic pack consists of DrDisrespect, Black steel Mullet, and Headphones. But there is more surprise from Doc in the game.

Further, more leaks revealed these cosmetics would be available for the NBA2K23 Career Mode. And players would have to reach Level 8 in the mode to unlock these DrDisrespect cosmetics. At level 20, players can unlock Doc’s shades, and reaching Level 32 would reward the iconic DrDisrespect red vest.
