The MrBeast deep fakes were primarily uploaded on TikTok in mid-2023. They mainly featured kids with MrBeast’s visage. On August 6th, 2023, the first MrBeast deep fake video was reportedly released. Who would have thought it would ignite this weird meme culture for the YouTuber?

A user shared one such deep fake video on X and wrote, “This is the 3727292949th mrbeast video i have seen and i am too high for this.” The video caught the attention of the creator as he replied, “I’m not quite sure why this became a trend.”
