Ever since it was first announced, Marvel’s Avengers kept the fans hooked and excited until it eventually arrived in 2020. The picture after its release has been the complete opposite of what it was prior to the launch. And the current state of the superhero title is not giving out any massive hope for its future.
To keep it afloat and somehow moving, the team behind Marvel’s Avengers just revealed a brand new skin in the game. Players have a chance to own the classic MCU outfit for Tony Stark from the Iron Man 3 movie. Along with that, they can also get the Glacial Outfit set under the period starting from February 3 till March 3.

Marvel’s Avengers fans want new content, not skins!
So far, there have been tons of MCU-inspired skins making their way into the Square Enix game in the last year and a half. And 2022 is proving to be no different either, as Marvel’s Avengers is constantly coming up with more items based on the Marvel Studios’ franchise.
But that’s not what fans really want. In fact, they are now tired of getting skins and other costly items. What they actually want is fresh gameplay-oriented content and expansion of Marvel’s Avengers.
Players have made it quite clear now, once again, while reacting to the latest announcement for Iron Man 3’s skin.
Most of the fans didn’t like that Marvel’s Avengers’ developing team is still stuck on offering such small perks. In case you missed it, after the War for Wakanda DLC, featuring Black Panther, there hasn’t been any significant addition to the game.
Spider-Man did make his appearance last year but his debut felt more or less unimpressive. Marvel’s Avengers didn’t bring a new story or expanded campaign for the web-swinging hero.
Thus, when the recent news came out regarding the availability of Iron Man 3’s outfit skin, fans came out all guns blazing on Twitter. One furious user even wrote “No more content”, criticizing the makers for not revealing a proper future roadmap for the title.

Incredibly cool costume, really happy it’s earnable but where’s the damn roadmap; this game is dying my guys even me, a shill, doesn’t think it’s cool how long we’ve had to wait in the dark

It's a cool skin for sure. Any word on that Roadmap?
— All-Father Media (@AllFatherMedia) February 3, 2022
Cool skin but… still no road map the least you could do for the remaining players is say you have a plan or you'll be talking about it soon giving us the silent treatment with just skin announcements is getting old

Right now the only thing keeping your game alive are the MCU skins, it's amazing how a phone game is better than a console and PC game pic.twitter.com/KUyuHiwJ8g

Roadmap? Patch with Raid fixes? New content? Ok. pic.twitter.com/nSOz185smx

This is infuriating. How can you be so tone deaf to your player base. NO communication since last year. No Roadmap. No working endgame content and so many bugs that the game is unplayable. But sure lets just keep throwing out skins so we can make some money. Uninstalling today

Delete button. Game is dead.

I’m waiting for you to fix the bugs and have more transparent communication with the people that want to support this game that you are actively and intentionally pushing away
— SailorStorm11 (@SailorStorm_11) February 3, 2022
I'm waiting for the game to be good

If y’all have to ask what are we waiting for and not see the problems in this game then y’all already failed as developers for this particular game.
