The Japanese gaming giant Nintendo is facing some tough competition with its handheld gaming console Nintendo Switch. It’s because Valve has launched its highly anticipated portable gaming beast, Steam Deck. The American game developer Valve Corporation released the Steam deck on the 25th of Feb 2022. But what’s really bothering the Japanese gaming giant is fans playing Nintendo titles on the Steam Deck.

Steam Deck owners are using emulation software to run a few Switch titles on their portable PC. In fact, they are also making videos and sharing images of their exploits on the internet. And it’s something that’s absolutely unacceptable to the Japanese gaming giant.

Nintendo has taken a pretty strict move in order to stop this. The Japanese gaming giant has already begun taking down videos and images of people showcasing their Steam Deck running Switch titles.
