They tweeted, “By linking your Nintendo Network ID to your Nintendo Account and consolidating your balance, you can continue to add to your balance using your credit card or Nintendo Prepaid Card.” Fortunately, the users will be able to download redeem codes till March 27, 2023.

Furthermore, they caution the users that the consolidating balances cannot be split again. They said, “If you unlink your Nintendo Account and Nintendo Network ID, all balances will remain in your Nintendo Account and your Nintendo Network ID balance will be 0 yen.”
