Arguably, Batman: Arkham Trilogy is the biggest homecoming for the superhero fanatics. The iconic franchise that had the fans glued to their PCs and gaming consoles is set to come to Nintendo’s hybrid console. Moreover, the new additions it’s bringing to the revival have been the highlight of the homecoming. Well, a big scoop reveals another exciting addition featuring on the Switch release.

Robert Pattinson’s The Batman being the only major mainstream release under the Batman brand had the fans hyped around its inclusion in the Switch release. The Robert Pattinson suit is not the only big surprise fans are getting in the upcoming launch. The Batman: Arkham Trilogy is also taking fans back to the glory days of Wii U with two other ‘nostalgic’ treats.

According to the latest leak, Batman: Arkham Trilogy for Nintendo Switch will not just introduce the new Robert Pattinson Batsuit to Arkham Knight, but apparently, it will also include Batman’s & Catwoman’s Armored skins from Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition for Wii U. The 2014 Wii U release featured one of the most remarkable suit designs for both Batman and Catwoman. Undoubtedly, there couldn’t have been a better time to rejoice in the ultimate showdown from the past. 

From everything that has been speculated and leaked from the Switch version, it is now almost certain that the Batman Trilogy would have the most upgraded and exciting lineup for the franchise.

The hype built around the Switch release is being compared to the excitement around Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. While the Insomniac sequel is an ultimate superhero experience, the comparison itself accounts for a huge compliment for the WB Games.

Getting your favorite suits in the game 

As expected, the upcoming release takes some advantage of the technological advancements and makes some strong progress in terms of visuals and graphics. However, the suits have remained under the spotlight and justifiably so! 

While most of the suits required either free or paid DLC, platform-exclusive bonuses, or checking in with a WB Games ID, a handful could be unlocked through story and gameplay achievements. Here’s a video posted by the user who ignited the suit theory.

The latter category is dedicated to Batsuits made popular by other media, such as movies like The Dark Knight and Burton’s Batman, as well as anime and Arkham Asylum. Such a library may always be expanded, and, strangely, that moment has arrived again.
