The popular brand Nintendo is reaching news heights in terms of video game sales. Recently, one prominent gaming journalist has shared some figures reflecting the massive success of the recently released Pokemon Legends: Arceus in the United Kingdom.
It’s been a while since the devs launched the popular Pokemon Legends: Arceus in late January 2022. And this title still holds the top position in the United Kingdom.
Moreover, the data includes the title’s physical unit sales. In fact, this title has been at the top of the UK sales chart for the last three weeks. Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition holds the sixth position. And what’s even more surprising is GTA Trilogy’s Switch version accounts for around 91% of the title’s total sales for last week.

Moreover, the title’s Switch release has resulted in a 771% increase in sales as compared to the that of the previous week.

The 2014 release Mario Kart 8: Deluxe continues to hold the fourth position as it did in the last week. While the iconic 2020 release Animal Crossing: New Horizons stays in the fifth position; Mario Party Superstars being in the seventh position.
No doubt February has turned out to be a month of achievements for the Japanese gaming giant. Furthermore, Pokemon continues to boom while the community’s once again showing interest in GTA Trilogy- The Definitive Edition. It’s safe to say that the GTA Trilogy’s Switch release has contributed towards reviving this popular title.
