Nintendo Switch Dominates November Sales, Looks to take Top spot at the End of 2021

It’s that crucial time of the month everyone when the NPD Group releases their sales figure for the whole world to see. And once again, the reports show, Nintendo Switch has dominated sales in both units and dollars for both November 2021 and this year so far in general.

Moreover, the combined sales of Nintendo consoles like Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, and the brand new Nintendo Switch OLED system hit 1.13 million just in the month of November 2021, all thanks to the holiday shopping for thanksgiving and Black Friday sales.

It’s definitely safe to say that Nintendo Switch is in a very healthy position right now. Nintendo is the top-selling video game console for 35 out of the last 36 months, which is pretty impressive, to be honest. For the Nintendo platform, the top 10 best sellers for November 2021 are:

3. Mario Kart 8
4. Just Dance 2022 (new entry in this list)

Top-selling video games for November across multiple platforms, including Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo devices

In software, Call of Duty: Vanguard by Activision Blizzard (PlayStation) takes the top spot, closely followed by Battlefield 2042. Nintendo’s best-selling games, Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shinning Pearls, came in at the third spot, with Forza Horizon 5 at fourth and Madden NFL 22 in the fifth position.
