Nintendo Switch exclusive Monster Hunter Rise is absolutely free for a week!
For those who, somehow, are not aware of the action RPG, it’s a Capcom title, which was released for the Switch last year. Monster Hunter Rise is the sixth major entry in its franchise.
The online multiplayer follows the events of its predecessor, MH: World, while also offering fresh gameplay mechanics. Players get a new animal companion, named Palamute. They can use it to travel between various locations and battles.
The third-party Nintendo Switch exclusive received mostly positive reactions upon its debut in 2021. Plus, it also sold very well, to say the least. And now, it’s going to be available absolutely free of cost.
Without a doubt, it will be the best free offering the console has ever had.

Zach, from the YouTube channel SwitchForce, recently revealed this massive news for Nintendo fans. He mentioned that anyone who wants to have Monster Hunter Rise can download it fully free. It’s not a demo or trial kind of thing, but the total game in its entirety.
However, Nintendo is only making it free from March 11 to March 17, 2022. So interested players should not miss the coming week, starting Friday, in case they want to download MH: Rise without paying a single penny.
It’s a great way of generating hype as well, from the side of Nintendo, for the next week’s digital event on March 15. This way, the users will get an idea of the franchise as well, in order to decide whether they will go for the paid Sunbreak DLC or not, which will be revealed in detail at the event.
