Nintendo drops the bomb of a massive delay for Zelda 2
Ever since the first installment released back in 2017, Switch owners have been in awe of the game. And they have been waiting very patiently for its next major successor.
However, the latest reveal of a shocking delay, till Spring 2023, will surely make the Nintendo gamers disappointed. Because they were hoping for it to arrive at some point in this year itself.
Eiji Aonuma, the series producer, shared the reasons why the team has decided to take a long time for the Zelda 2‘s launch. Here’s what he said in the newly released message:
“The adventure in this sequel will take place not just on the ground as in the previous game, but also in the skies above. However, the expanded world goes beyond that, and there will be an even wider variety of features you can enjoy”.
So there you have it, the game is not coming in this year, at all, according to Nintendo itself. That’s definitely a very unfortunate news for all the fanboys, but it’s good for the title’s development. Hopefully, all the players will eventually get the Zelda 2 they deserve, which will be flawless and amazing to say the least.
