The gaming industry has seen a massive boom in the past few years. Although the pandemic delayed production on a lot of titles, it also allowed an unprecedented amount of new players to join the fold of gaming owing to the lockdown. But gaming is an expensive hobby to maintain, and this is where Nintendo has got you covered.
Recent announcements mean Switch players can savor many of Nintendo’s yet-to-be-released titles completely free! The list encompasses Nintendo Switch Sports, MLB The Show 22, and more. And YouTube channel SwitchForce recently uploaded a video detailing how and when players could enjoy these titles.

Players can sample their favorite Nintendo games
First up on the list is Nintendo Switch Sports. The successor to Wii sports will allow players to compete in games like tennis, bowling, and chambara. Although its release is still out on the horizon with an April 29 release date, eager players can experience it early.
Switch Sports offers online play to its players, and Nintendo wants players to experience this feature for free ahead of the release. Zach from SwitchForce notes that starting tonight at 8 p.m eastern, registered players can download a client that would allow them to play Nintendo Switch Sports this weekend.

Nintendo will conduct five test sessions from Friday to Saturday. Interested readers can click this link to sign up for the test.
Next on the list is MLB The Show 22. The PlayStation title will debut on Switch on April 5, but developer Sony San Diego might want to stress test the game servers before that.
Starting February 17, players can go to the eShop and play MLB until February 23. Although it is unclear which game modes will be available, players can enjoy the game for a week with online matchmaking and cross-platform play available to deliver the best MLB experience possible.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will soon receive the first wave of the massive Booster Course Pass expansion that will double the game’s tracks. But Nintendo has chosen a consumer-friendly route for this expansion.

The first wave drops on March 18. However, if even one member in your group has access to the DLC, all members in a lobby can play on the remastered tracks in local and online play. Furthermore, on March 22, these courses will be added to online multiplayer. Give all players free access to the tracks.
Additionally, the upcoming racing title Chocobo GP has announced its first season to be completely free. Allowing players to pick up characters like Cloud, on top of already having a free-to-play version called Chocobo GP lite. Both games will release on March 10.
