International Museum Day is a day where we take our time to raise awareness about culture and heritage through mutual understanding, cooperation, and peace among people. This has been organized on 18 May every year since 1977, and more than 37,000 countries have participated in this event from 158 countries and territories.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons developers also seem to honor the significance of this day. Hence, they have started a new event related to International Museum Day. Let’s find out more about it.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons bringing an amazing event to celebrate International Museum Day

From May 18 through May 31, fans of the island museum may take part in Internation Museum Day in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The event takes participants on an Animal Crossing stamp rally organized by the NPC Blathers, highlighting the museum’s exhibits.

Players must acquire stamps for their stamp cards by moving between exhibits. While there are no DIY recipes or special awards at this event, it is one of the most gratifying for individuals interested in learning more about the museum’s exhibits.

It’s crucial to remember that International Museum Day may only take place on islands where a museum has been constructed. As a result, users who have just reset their Animal Crossing: New Horizons save files or who have only recently begun playing the game may be unable to participate in the event. Those who want to make sure they can fill up their Blathers stamp cards should ensure their museum is up and running at least one day before the event to activate on April 18.

Following the conclusion of International Museum Day, players will experience a period of inactivity leading up to Animal Crossing Halloween in the fall. While there are a few modest events, such as Wedding Seasons and Fireworks, and a few Bug Off and Fishing Tourney competitions, the months of June, July, and August may be lengthy and slow for those who enjoy the adrenaline of island activities. As a result, gamers may enjoy arranging their own events as an opportunity to decorate, socialize, and enjoy New Horizons’ sunny months.

Fans don’t seem much pleased with this new Museum themed event

The replies to the above tweet seem to be a bit off-putting since fans aren’t quite pleased with this new event. Let’s have a look at how the fans are reacting.
