Animal Crossing: New Horizons 2.0 update has helped Nintendo gain all the lost attention. Several veterans are logging back to experience the newly added content. Moreover, many creators are displaying their new theme islands with the help of 2.0 items and their creativity.
However, after the launch of the 2.0 update players are experiencing a lot of bugs in the game. Nintendo has released over four minor updates, fixing many bugs and glitches. With the recent update, developers fixed a major issue that was frustrating users.
Nintendo fixed a major bug in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Since the release of the 2.0 update, players are facing bugs both in New Horizons and the expansion pack, Happy Home Paradise. Nintendo released the 2.0.4 update to improve the users’ experience. Among all glitches, the major issue was with the expansion pack, where users could notice their villagers with no clothing item.
In a recent blog, Nintendo announced what issues were fixed with the recent update:
Fixed Issues
- Fixed an issue where the ”ladder set-up kit” could disappear when the game was saved with the “ladder set-up kit” placed on the diagonal cliff on the third tier of a cliff formation.
- Fixed an issue where under ”Seasonal Recipes” for DIY recipes, the ”maple-leaf rug” and “frozen floor tiles” were not being displayed under the appropriate seasons.
Other fixes have also been made for more enjoyable gameplay.

Fixed Issues related to DLC
The following issues related to the paid DLC, Happy Home Paradise have been fixed.
- Fixed an issue where facility members wearing clothing that uses Custom Designs appear to not be wearing any clothing.
- Fixed an issue in ”Showroom”, where uploading player’s facilities after visiting another player’s facilities resulted in members of player’s facilities appearing as island residents that visited the facilities.
- Other fixes have also been made for more enjoyable gameplay.

Although Nintendo already announced it will no longer support New Horizons, it’s good to see that developers are still releasing minor updates to satisfy their users.
