The huge drama about the official date to host the Nintendo Direct finally comes to an end. After the whole surge of rumors about postponing the event to a later date, the Japanese giants finally ended all rumors by announcing the official date for the showcase event.

Nintendo Direct is a showcase event by the Japanese multinational company to reveal their upcoming games and projects. The video game company already hosted many Directs this year to promote the games released earlier. Now they plan to host another Direct in September, to talk about games released in winter.
Nintendo finally announced the much-awaited Direct
The Japanese giants will host the much-awaited Nintendo Direct on September 13, at 7 AM Pacific Time. Further, this would be a 40 minutes long event. The entire event would focus on the video games that will release in the holidays.

We can expect the Direct event to present games like Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, and other big names like The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, and Metroid Prime. Although, Nintendo claimed the event would focus only on games released in winter. But we can expect them to reveal something about Bayonetta 3, whose release date is still in question.
Undoubtedly, this official announcement by the Japanese giants would greatly relieve the fans. After all, they have been asking for a Nintendo Direct for so long to know about the future games.
Where to watch the Direct event?
The fans can simply visit Nintendo’s official site to watch the 40-minute-long, September Direct. Further, fans from different parts of the world can watch the event live streaming on Nintendo’s YouTube channel.

However, Nintendo UK announced that they would not live stream the event to pay respect to the sorrowful period of national mourning. Instead, the entire Direct event would be uploaded on Nintendo UK’s YouTube channel at 4 PM BST as a video on demand.
