It took a long time for the studio to finally find its home in the gaming industry and, as they say, is just history.

From producing a humble watch+ball game on a tiny console to diving deep into the gaming industry, Nintendo’s foray has definitely changed the course of gaming. Twitter, user and ardent fan of the studio, Beforemario shared an interesting picture of everything the studio built from the 60s to 80s era.

In a consecutive Tweet, he showcased even more products and experimental games that the Japanese studio produced before Mario ever arrived. In all sincerity, these two images are probably one of the most impressive collections of Nintendo’s gaming products that fans will probably never see in the market.

Nintendo has become of the biggest names in all of gaming

The entire ecosystem of gaming would not be the same, if not for this studio. Its many iconic products like NES, Super NES, N64, Gameboy, Gameboy Advance, Gamecube, Wii Sports, and other major consoles redefined gaming for over. Moreover, the debut of legendary titles like Mario, Zelda, Castlevania, Animal Crossing, Pokemon, Tetris, and more, made them even more lucrative.

Mario & Pokemon are still regarded as one of the biggest & most profitable gaming franchises in the history of gaming. The studio has also left no stone unturned to back these franchises by churning out various games centered around them. Mario from just being a simple 2d side scroller, soon saw a myriad more iteration, which turned into an RPG game, racing franchise, board game, and even a key member of Nintendo’s Super Smash Bro.

Everything that the studio built in the early days of the past century created the foundation, where Switch is currently sitting on. With over 100 million units sold, Switch has to be one of the most iconic handheld console devices, the Japanese studio has ever produced.
