Pokemon Scarlet and Violet was a smash hit when it was launched last year. It broke pretty much every sales record by selling around 10 million units within 3 days of its launch. While fans were delighted to see that success, many were confused as the game looked dated and had launched broken.
Nintendo and its developer vowed to fix these games and started working on them. These games are now somewhat fixed and people enjoying them have been waiting for an update on the DLC for these games.
Nintendo has listened to their requests and has finally revealed more of the game’s DLC The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC during their most recent direct. This new downloadable content would bring a huge new area and many new characters and Pokemon to these games.
The game does not seem to have any visual upgrades incoming with this DLC as people had expected. But it appears this new DLC would offer players a new exciting story that would push players towards solving a mystery.
This DLC would come in two parts, the first one would be named The Teal Mask. The second one would be known as The Indigo Disk. And surprisingly both these parts would be set in very different areas. What remains to be seen is how close these DLCs fly to relating their story with Nintendo 3DS classics Pokemon X and Y.
As it had been rumored before that these DLCs would be related to those games in some way or other. It would only be revealed once the DLCs actually launch, currently, there’s no launch date for them.
