Batman is a fan-favorite character and has always kept gamers in awe. Especially when it comes to the Arkham series by Rocksteady. After swaying the PC and console players, it’s now coming to the Switch also. This major news was recently confirmed at the Nintendo Direct event.
Simply put, the users of the handheld console will now be able to enjoy the dark, gruesome, and adventurous journey of Bruce Wayne in Arkham city, Arkham Asylum, and Arkham Knight. The trilogy is set for a release later this year.

The announcement trailer has confirmed one thing that will make many fans relieved. The trilogy coming to the Switch will also feature post-launch content as one complete collection. It means that players won’t have to buy a separate DLC. Without any doubt, that’s a pretty good move.
Speaking of the Batman Arkham Collection on Nintendo Switch, it’s being developed by Turn Me Up Games. The studio is best known for award-winning games like It Takes Two. Apart from that, it has also worked on hits like Wayfinder and Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1 & 2.

Now talking about what’s in store for the Switch users, they will be able to enjoy iconic stories from three beloved installments. Arkham Asylum was launched more than a decade ago in the year 2009. It was followed by a brilliant successor in Arkham City in 2011. This offering also had Catwoman as a playable character.
The beloved franchise then saw a well-received culmination with Arkham Knight which was revealed in 2015. Apart from the protagonist of Batman himself, it also included other playable characters like Batgirl, Nightwing, Robin, and Harley Quinn via the DLC.

Batman Arkham Trilogy is coming soon to the Nintendo Switch. Although a release date is yet to be confirmed, fans can go to the official page of Nintendo to wishlist the game.
