After a long wait, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II is finally within reaching distance. Fans are hyped to play the game as soon as it hits the shelves on October 28. To keep this excitement among the fans, Call of Duty released a video featuring some big-name celebrities like Nicki Minaj and Lando Norris.

Modern Warfare II is the sequel to the 2019 rebooted MW series, developed by Infinity ward, and would release under the Activision banner. The game would take place three years after the events of the 2019 Modern Warfare. The game will revolve around the elite Task Force 141. They must prevent a critical situation while dealing with a terrorist organization and drug cartel.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II’s live-action trailer features some big names

Many video game companies release live-action trailers to promote their upcoming games. Further, they feature famous personalities in their trailers to promote it to a broader audience. Call of Duty also did something similar to promote Modern Warfare II to the fans.

Call of Duty dropped a video on various social media platforms for MWII promotions. But what got everyone’s attention was the faces in this video singing “Squad Up.” The video starts with the American rapper Lil Baby followed by other big-name musical artists like Kane Brown and Nicki Minaj. Also, the comedian and actor Pete Davidson was in the video.

But these artists weren’t the only famous personalities in the live-action trailer. It also featured many world-class athletes like the Arsenal soccer star Bukayo Saka, McLaren F1 prodigy Lando Norris, and American footballers Jalen Ramsey and David Long. Moreover, the famous Call of Duty team, Nuke Squad of the eSports organization FaZe Clan, was also part of the video.

CoD fans excited hyped up by the new live-action trailer

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II live-action trailer spread like wildfire on the Internet. It didn’t take much time for fans from various fields to take notice of the video. Fans are more hyped than before to play this upcoming FPS title. They showered the live-action trailer with their love.
