It looks like Warzone can never remain free from unexpected glitches and gameplay issues. Now, there is a new bug in the popular multiplayer that’s killing players before they even spawn in a match. Yes, that’s happening, according to a clip shared online following the latest release of a brand new map of Caldera. Well, there are surely numerous ways one can die in the game, but this is definitely not the way a player would like to leave the map.
Warzone launched with a fresh map of Caldera, after the end of fan-favorite Verdansk. However, the newest map is not at all perfect and it was proved after one player posted a clip from his gameplay. On Reddit, a user named YoungSafavi showed, he was killed even before he spawned in the match.

Since its release, Caldera is causing problems for the players of Warzone. Mainly it’s due to the map’s design and the gameplay mechanics. Some of the users haven’t liked the overall layout itself, including famous streamer Dr Disrespect.
Well, coming back to the Warzone bug, then a recent clip shared by a player shows a weird kind of error that kills him just before getting spawned. In the Reddit post, the user mentioned that it was the first time he witnessed something like this.
The clip shows that right after 15 seconds of the cutscene in the match; the Redditor dies instantly. Interestingly, the kill feed then says that it was because of player’s own fault, which is quite weird. Because he didn’t even have any time to operate his character, at all. One reason can be that the player was in the cut scene for a very long duration, and when the game began, he just died.

Meanwhile, the Caldera map is here now and it may take a long time to grow among the fans. Especially after the discovery of this unexpected glitch in Warzone. Hopefully, Raven Software will acknowledge this situation and the developing team will resolve it as soon as possible. Until then, players should wait before jumping out of their ships and must do that only when the drop ship is above the Caldera map.
