With the first glimpse of the dining region, xQc pointed out the mismatched chairs and the dining table. Moreover, while he watched the tour video, some attributes did manage to impress the streamer. However, all in all, it made him exclaim that nobody would buy it.
What did xQc say about the $50 million mansion of Michael Jordan? Why was he unimpressed?
Moving forward from the dining table, xQc saw the kitchen. Even though the kitchen was three-toned, xQc found it to be looking like an “office kitchen.” Explicitly, he was not satisfied with the size of the television installed in various rooms. Although, the streamer surely got impressed by the trophy room.
The gym and lounge did a great job of impressing the streamer. But, he went to continue regarding the furniture as “goofy.”
Upset halfway through the video, xQc said, “it’s simple concept, he wants to get rid of the house, he just wants to sell it, nothing about it anymore, right? He just wants to get money for it like catch one hand, done with it. Because there’s no effort put into this. You could put literally 500k worth of furniture or TVs or anything.”
“He could have made easily way easier to present. This is sh** it’s all dog sh**.”
To give a generalized idea, xQc exclaimed, “Making things visual for people is very difficult okay? People don’t see what you see okay? They don’t even see their own vision for things. They want to see themselves living in it, you want them to see what this could be for them.”

“What if they, what if they got new furniture or whatever? Do you want them to visualize their life in the house when you put trash furniture and garbage TV? If they don’t see themselves sitting down or watching TV it’s bad it’s trash, it’s so bad. All these rooms, I don’t wanna be in them they’re garbage.”
Ultimately, xQc said, “Yeah this house was not into oh hell nah. Ain’t nobody gonna buy that at that price no shot nobody’s buying a sh**.”
Thus, these were the views of xQc regarding the mansion of Michael Jordan which he originally got for $50 million. As per the tour video’s description, it is now listed for around $15 million.
