“My Day Is Ruined” – Latest Leak Hinting at a New Marvel Skin Disappoints Fortnite Fans

Fortnite is an amazing battle royale, known for its creativity in bringing some of the most breathtaking collaborations in the past years. They usually depend on the trending fictional characters who can be from a series or a movie or even a video game.

Well, this time, too, there’s nothing different as a fresh leak just reportedly revealed another character’s debut in Fortnite. And it’s been an awaited skin to say the least. Yet, the fans didn’t seem too much impressed as the update came on social media.

The character is none other than Wanda aka Scarlet Witch from the MCU. She will be seen in the upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Marvel has grown a lot in its overall popularity among the fans across the globe, let alone the gaming fanatics. And that’s obvious as well, considering the fact there already exists an official Marvel’s Avengers game. But even more highly trending multiplayer titles tend to cash in on the brand whenever they can. And what’s a better opportunity than to bring character skins to escalate the hype even further?

Fortnite keeps doing that and it has been pretty good mostly at offering amazing looking Marvel characters for its players who are also comic book fans. Recently, the Epic Games title brought Moon Knight skin, based on the Disney Plus series in which Oscar Isaac plays the central role. Before this, the battle royale even introduced Doctor Strange ahead of his upcoming movie itself which is releasing this week.

But the film also stars Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlet Witch and she was missing from Fortnite for some strange reason. Well it doesn’t seem to be case anymore as an industry insider just leaked the first look of her character skin, about to arrive in the game.

However, the Fortnite fans who were eager to see her were, somehow, left disappointed. Many of them didn’t like the leaked image as it wasn’t as per their expectations. Simply put, they don’t seem to be interested anymore in Wanda’s debut in the game.

One angry users wrote: “misread it as breaking bad collab skin. my day is ruined.”

Fortnite is now available for all the supported platforms worldwide.
