Pokemon Scarlet and Violet were released today and it is pretty sure that many of the fans are already enjoying the game. Although some are waiting to receive their copies, it is sure that they will also be having the same fun once they receive it.

Head towards the Pokemon Titans

Depending on whichever game you choose, Scarlet or Violet, you get a legendary Pokemon, and you can use it to explore the region of Paldea. The trailers showed us how these legendary Pokemons allow us to explore with a little more efficiency. Their ability to fly, climb mountains, and even swim might play a big part in it.

But they do not have these abilities from the very start. You get them when you have defeated the Titans. So head towards them and upgrade your legendaries.

Keep an eye on the rewards attached to Pokedex

Unlike previous Pokemon games, Scarlet and Violet gives you rewards for filling your Pokedex with new entries. These rewards range from Pokeballs to level-up bonuses. So whenever you make a new entry in your Pokedex, just open it for a moment to check if you have unlocked something.

Beat the first couple of Pokemon gym leaders at the very start

We all know how this new game allows you to go in any direction and approach its multiple storylines in a non-linear fashion. This means you do not have to defeat the gym leaders in any sequence. Or can skip them altogether for however long you want. But a wise suggestion would be to defeat a couple of them at the very start.

Iff you come at them after a few hours of exploration and such, you would find yourself to be way overpowered, and then these gym leaders would not be as fun to battle.

Trainers no longer force you into battle

Do you remember how in previous Pokemon games, every trainer standing just wanted to battle you the moment they see you? That does not happen here, but if you want to battle a trainer, just approach them and agree to a battle.

This game is way larger than we had thought it would be. And exploring its open areas leads you to various surprises. From Gimmighouls, to other shiny variants of Pokemons, so if you want to catch them all, you better explore.
