A DLC expansion has made its way to the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack, and April can’t get any better. Speaking of, Splatoon 2: Oct Expansion DLC is available absolutely free as a part of your membership. However, the fans must own Splatoon 2’s full version to play this DLC. And those who own the title, but aren’t subscribed to Switch Online, can get the DLC at eShop, as it’s available as a standalone purchase.

This 2018 released DLC offers exciting challenges and features a whopping 80 single-player campaign missions.  Also, this DLC allows fans to play as Octoling (Agent 8). In fact, upon the DLC’s completion, it’ll unlock Octolings (Girl or Boy) as a new playable character in the title’s multiplayer mode. Moreover, through this addition, Nintendo just made up for Splatoon 3 delay.

The recent additions feature other DLCs as well like Animal Crossing: New Horizons- Happy Home Paradise and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe-Booster Course Pass. The Switch Online subscription has also included a few vintage Nintendo 64 and SEGA Genesis titles like Mario Golf, Paper Mario, and Banjo-Kazooie. Moreover, the recent additions have already left the fans overwhelmed.

Developed and published by Nintendo, Splatoon 3 is all set to debut on September 9th, 2022. At the Nintendo Direct event, the devs delight the fans with the title’s stunning trailer. Moreover, like its prequel, the title’s exclusive to the Switch console, and it’s already available on eShop, with a price tag of $59.99.

Apparently, the trailer features tons of actions and also includes actual gameplay footage. Undoubtedly, the game has tons of fresh content to offer fans.
