Jimmy Donaldson aka MrBeast who is allegedly the richest influencer in the world might be “going broke soon”. The YouTube King is currently facing trouble for a promise he made to a random fan. Apparently, the loss could be in millions! But how did MrBeast end up in the bummer deal?

Among the variety of content MrBeast provides his audience, is challenge videos of one of his most celebrated works. All these challenge videos involve the creator taking up some wild challenges on himself and not giving up until it’s implemented to perfection. However, one challenge has resulted in major financial loss.

In one of the money giveaway challenges, Jimmy bought a random grocery store and offered a random person $10,000 dollars each day for living in it. Not in the wildest of imaginations would he have thought the person would be living in the grocery store for weeks. The YouTuber provided the latest update on the challenge on X, claiming the randomly chosen one is still living at the grocery store and is in no mood to leave anytime soon.

Sharing the promise gone wrong information to his fans, MrBeast wrote, I messed up.. I bought a random grocery store and told a random person I’d give him $10,000 everyday he lives in it and it’s been weeks and he shows no signs of ever leaving. I’m gonna go broke.”

What makes this more interesting is the fact that the mathematical calculations, if the fan pulls off living at the store for a year, go way over a million. With the current projections, a one-year stay by the fan would cost Jimmy around 3.6 million. According to the creator, the person has been living at the store for over a month now. While the windows have been blacked out and the facility is locked in, the fan seems to have taken well to the survival challenge.

Another question that arises is how much loss can the creator afford before he calls off the deal?
