MrBeast messes up and ends up giving $50,000 to two winners

As MrBeast himself called it, the “World’s Largest Challenge” consisted of six death games inside Minecraft. It initially began with 2,000 players competing on the server. The task was simple: whoever survives at the end of the last round would take away $50,000. Simply put, the stakes were high!

In the beginning, there were hordes of users who were trying to leave each other behind. At the end of the first death game, the challenge had 699 survivors. MrBeast then moved ahead with the successive rounds.

During the second Minecraft challenge, the remaining players were split into blue team and red team. The king of the hill-style game saw the two teams going head-to-head. While the blue team had a huge lead initially, the red team didn’t give up.

And the efforts did bring them back as they literally received a resurrection, winning the round by surpassing the points of blue team. MrBeast was highly impressed to see such great dedication from the participants.

Moving forward, the fourth death game required the remaining survivors to work with one another, because there were two teams again.

MrBeast needed only a few players, and he ultimately got the last ten. In the fifth death game challenge, players had been given Diamond Swords and were tipped inside a box. They had to kill each other and the last ten survivors would then move to the last challenge.

The final battle saw ten survivors fighting each other on a rapidly shrinking platform. As was obvious would happen, MrBeast, at last, got the ultimate winner in a user named “dasnerth.”

However, Jimmy then reviewed the footage once again and found that dasnerth was actually eliminated previously in the competition. Basically, the real winner was a different user named “AZURE__DRAGON.”

But because MrBeast had messed up, he then decided to take the blame for committing a blunder. Eventually, he awarded both dasnerth and AZURE__DRAGON the prize money of $50,000.
