MrBeast currently is the biggest solo creator on YouTube, with over 180 million subscribers. Starting off with ‘$1 vs. $1,000,000,000 Yacht!’, every upload after it is shattering records left and right. Furthermore, he also grabbed the Streamy Awards Creator of the Year for the fourth year in a row. Now, he has started weekly uploads on his channel, and people anticipate his popularity will only increase.
However, it wasn’t always this way for the YouTuber. Recently, fans got together to discuss the early days of the YouTuber and how much he has grown.

A recent Reddit post containing the initial days of the YouTuber has gone viral on the internet. Furthermore, MrBeast was using the name ‘MrBeast6000’ in his early days, due to it being his gaming moniker. In the image shared, he had about 2,000 subscribers with over 350,000 views.
And the content he made back then was bizarrely different from what he makes right now. His channel right now focuses mostly on philanthropic challenges and over-the-top experiments, with millions of dollars spent on them. Back in 2015, however, his channel was more focused on making reviews. This included reviewing games like Warface. Interestingly, he also had a video reviewing the price of movie popcorn!

However, his videos were averaging about 135 views every week back in 2015. Now his channel amasses 107.5 million views daily. Multiple fans have flocked to the Reddit post to share their opinions on the content he used to make. Furthermore, they have also started to draw comparisons to what he is making right now.
MrBeast fans take a trip down memory lane
The first thing that grabbed the attention of fans was his name. Fans were quick to comment about the name change reminiscing about, “Back when his channel was called MrBeast6000.” A fan even inquired about the hit song made using his old name.
Furthermore, a fan noticed, “His thumbnails were made in paint.” Another thing the fans took note of was his faith in Christianity. MrBeast identified as a Christian earlier, but now claims he is Agnostic. This revelation took his news fans by surprise, who inquired, “Wait was he like a religious person?”
A fan even suggested a video idea around the movie popcorn video, asking him to make it a series. While some fans were surprised by the color scheme of his channel in 2015.
