The platform recently revealed the name of the five most played games on its services and Mortal Kombat fans can rejoice knowing that the OG title of the franchise is placed firmly at the top half of the list.

Antstream Arcade recently launched through Xbox and the opening weekend was understandably being looked forward to by players and the platform devs alike. Now it remains to be seen if Mortal Kombat can hold its dominance over other titles in the coming days as well.

According to the list published by the official Antstream Arcade Twitter handle, Mortal Kombat is the second most played game from the Xbox Launch weekend. This sealed the game’s legendary position in the community once again.

Apart from Mortal Kombat, some of the other names that adorn the list are Smash TV, Double Dragon, and Bubble Bobble. While Smash TV is a classic arcade shooter, Double Dragon is also one of the first beat ’em up-styled titles. All of these games have helped to create some fond memories for older gamers, who would do anything to play their once-favorite titles again.
