Millionare MrBeast Tries to Pay $100 Grand to an IRS on a Podcast to Get “Certain Amount” Removed From His Taxes

Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson has a net worth of $54 million, making him one of the wealthiest YouTubers. But with great net worth also comes great spending. The 24-year-old has revealed on many occasions about spending most of his income on content, businesses, and philanthropic work.

But aside from his content, businesses, and philanthropy, Donaldson also has spent a lot on taxes. Further, his taxes are also extravagant, like his content. So in a recent podcast interview, he tried to do something about the extravagant taxes that he pays.

MrBeast tried bribing an IRS officer

Jimmy Donaldson recently appeared on the TMG Podcast, and there was a section where he had to deal with an IRS officer. The latter questions him about how much the 24-year-old made in 2021. To which MrBeast answered nothing and also claimed to be poor.

Then MrBeast reveals he didn’t make a lot last year but still had to pay substantial tax bills. Suddenly, the 24-year-old thought of striking an exciting deal with the IRS officer. MrBeast said, “If I give you, like hypothetically, 100 Grand ($100,000) can you knock like 150 ($150,000) off my tax bill?”

The IRS officer rejected the offer by saying, “that’s not for me to decide, sir.” He shared he’s only there to collect information about MrBeast and his income. But the Carolin-based YouTuber again tried to get the IRS officer on board with his idea, “But I’m saying if I do and you do that, we can get a good thing going.”

Surprisingly, the IRS officer replied positively on MrBeast’s second trial, “possibly could.” MrBeast then started laughing and wondered whether the IRS officer was real or some actor. So, MrBeast jokingly said that if it’s a real IRS officer, he might end up in prison for trying to bribe an officer.

Donaldson spends a lot on his empire

It won’t be wrong to say that the 24-year-old has established an empire, owning various YouTube channels and other businesses like Beast Burgers and Feastables chocolates. He recently revealed monthly spending of hundreds of thousands on his subsidiary channels. Meanwhile, he spends millions on Beast Burger and Feastables each month. Moreover, he also puts a lot of his money into his philanthropic work.
