Millionaire YouTuber MrBeast Reveals the Real Reason Behind Scrapping a $1Million Video Involving Ludwig

MrBeast is undoubtedly the most popular philanthropist among the Gen Z, owing to all the quirky giveaways he hosts on his YouTube channel. However, Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson’s philanthropic nature also caters to the unfortunate. His foundation, Beast Philanthropy hosts food drives and regularly donates necessities to the community.

MrBeast is a YouTube Sensation currently boasting of a 97.4M strong family on the platform. His content is bizarrely fun to watch, especially his reaction and challenge videos. At the end of most of his fun challenges, people walk out with humongous prizes, be it cash, a premium car, or even a chocolate factory (or $500,000 in exchange for that).

The popular internet personality also doesn’t shy away from spending money on things he deems necessary. For example, MrBeast recently collaborated with Ludwig for a project that supposedly cost them almost $1 million. However, Jimmy is quick to realize when a video is ‘s**t‘ and even quicker when it comes to scrapping such projects.

Why did MrBeast scrap a million dollar project with Ludwig?

In a The Yard podcast, Jimmy joined Ludwig, Nick, Slime, and Aiden to talk about general but interesting stuff, including some of his upcoming projects. Among all the fun topics, Ludwig caught MrBeast off-guard at one moment, perfect to bombard him with a million dollar question.

As they discussed Ludwig’s clickbait thumbnails, MrBeast suddenly spoke up about how he didn’t upload a video that had Ludwig in it. In fact, Ludwig had flown down to collaborate with MrBeast in a video. Ludwig quickly reacted to the revelation, exclaiming, “We did a video, it cost like 800k and you scrapped the whole thing!”

MrBeast quickly replied saying that the video was ‘pretty terrible‘.

“At the end of the day, what matters is you make the best videos possible… We’re not trying to make money, we’re trying to make the best videos. So, for me, it’s pretty easy because I thought the video was horse****.” he revealed.

What went wrong with the video?

After a lot of confusion and madness, MrBeast realized that the video wasn’t good enough and should not be uploaded. Thus, he simply scrapped the project even though it almost cost him a good million dollars to make.
