Konami might drop another great surprise for its fans. This is not because Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol 1 is finally available on both consoles and PC. But while searching for what the developers are offering in the bundle, fans found some great hints. And these hints are straightforward taking fans to a great speculation of a possible Vol 2.

Metal Gear franchise made its debut in the market in 1987. Since then the franchise has been a superhit name in the eSports industry with over 60 million copies sold. Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol 1 is already out and it brings some classic titles from the franchise for the fans. However, there is more to that. In the bundle, players found some more files such as mgs 4, mgs 5 and mgspw. Now, Metal Gear Solid fans are convinced that these files hint at the planned titles: Metal Gear Solid 4, Metal Gear Solid V and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.

Now that fans couldn’t find these games in the bundle, they think it might be Konami’s not-so-subtle hint about a possible Vol 2. Metal Gear Solid 4, V, and Peace Walker were planned at some point for modern-day devices. However, ultimately these games weren’t brought to reality. Now with the file names appearing in the Master Collection Vol 1, fans think that this is nothing but the franchise’s hint toward a Vol 2.
