McDonald’s Mocks Xbox While Showing Off Cool Consoles After Microsoft’s Earth-Shaking Activision Deal

One similar interaction took place on Twitter between Xbox and McDonald’s, which is indeed amusing to read for every user out there!

It all started with McDonald’s tweet which said “reply 🤏  to steal a fry.” To this, the official handle of Xbox replied with the 🤏  emoji, meaning to steal a fry.

McDonald’s replied with an image of a McDonald’s themed Xbox controller with the buttons replaced with the 🤏  emoji.

Xbox once again replied to that image with a controller of a similar style but with a red color scheme and a pack of fries.

Replying to this image, McDonald’s handle hilariously replied “are u trying to acquire me too”. This was a reference to the recent $70 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft. The deal was marked as the most expensive deal in gaming history and had created a landmark for Microsoft. Besides this, Microsoft had previously also acquired Bethesda’s parent company Zenimax, for a whopping $7 billion.
