Xbox live is down again and fans are not liking it!
We previously informed you about Xbox live having an unexpected downtime last month. Fans complained about a message flashing on their screen that said, ‘The Person Who Bought This Needs to Sign In.’ The issue had baffled users, as they could not access their consoles. Soon, Xbox took control of the issue and resolved it under 24 hours.
Now, exactly a month later, users have started complaining about Xbox live being down again. The second outage began on June 11, when players reported about it. Although, Microsoft put in extra effort to solve the issue in a few hours.

On the big day of your showcase, your system goes down and prevents people from even launching games. That's embarrassing. There's no reason your system should stop us from launching games we own.
It's also creepy that it won't let me launch anything offline either.
