Insomniac took to Twitter to eventually announce that Spider-Man 2 is releasing in the fall of 2023. “We continue to get Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 ready for release next fall,” wrote Bryan Intihar, Insomniac’s Creative Director in a PlayStation blog.

Meanwhile, social media went into a celebration mode as soon as the developers revealed the official release window for Spider-Man 2. It was a big moment for all the fans who were curious for the upcoming new title in the now-iconic series to see the next adventure of Peter Parker and Miles Morales, coming together as a team.
