While Venom is the main user of the Symbiote, there is another infamous villain who is a part of the Spider-verse, Carnage. In other media, Carnage eventually joins forces with Venom. In the new Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, there is a side mission where Peter and the Wraith fight Cletus Kasady. This mission later reveals that Cletus gets his hands on the Symbiote, which raises the question, whether Carnage will be included in the next Insomniac game.

Cletus is infamous for transforming into the supervillain known as Carnage. The Flame comes with a plan to destroy the city. Being a criminal before getting the Symbiote, Cletus always had ill intentions that were directed towards the law and the people who put him in prison.
