Doug Bowser is the President of Nintendo America, and he recently dropped a big bomb on Twitter. It can be said, for sure, that Pokemon lovers wouldn’t have expected it to come straight from the CEO himself. Yet, when the tweet was up, everyone was excited and could barely contain themselves.

Pokemon Legends Arceus fans mesmerized by the new Sneaker reveal!

Whenever there’s a new Pokemon game, the hardcore gamers of the beloved saga never waste time coming up with reactions to all the promotional products. And this time, too, it was nothing different.

As soon as the President dropped the tweet showcasing the official sneakers associated with Pokemon Legends Arceus, the users immediately shared their views.

Most of the fans were in awe of the sneakers, showering words of praise for how good they looked, just from the image. “Damn, this man’s got the drip,” went one fan, expressing their feelings about the sneakers.

As for the upcoming game, it’s going to be the eighth main title in the franchise. Plus, it will act as a prequel as well for 2006’s Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, Pokemon Platinum, and their 2021 remakes in Shining Pearl and Brilliant Diamond.

The plot of Arceus is set in the bygone era of Sinnoh region’s history, the time when it was called Hisui region. Simply put, it takes place long before the events of Diamond and Pearl and the remakes combined.

Pokemon’s next major entry is releasing on January 28, 2022 as an exclusive for Nintendo Switch.
