Grand Theft Auto V and The Witcher 3 PS5 upgrades launching in March 2022

Going by the recent news, Grand Theft Auto V on PS5 will receive an upgrade this spring. Well, that may end the impatient fans’ curiosity who have been waiting for the next gen version for a long time. However, the confirmation is yet to come from Rockstar Games. So everyone should take this claim with a grain of salt.

Still, for now, based on PlayStation Size’s tweet, we can say that Grand Theft Auto V will probably release a PlayStation 5 version in March 2022. Although it’s not the only game getting a PS5 native launch this year.

Another fan favorite, The Witcher, is said to have a new version as well. As per the leaked information, the highly popular open world title will get a release for PlayStation 5 in Q2 of 2022. So it will be interesting to see whether Geralt will be seen swinging his sword in a fresh makeover or not. By that, we mean The Witcher 3’s PS5 overhaul, of course.

Among the listed games in the tweet by PlayStation Size, CDPR’s Cyberpunk 2077 is also mentioned. And the way it has gained a positive momentum recently, it won’t be an exaggeration to say a PS5 upgrade is also highly anticipated. The leak has claimed that Cyberpunk 2077 PS5 version will launch in Q1 2022.

All in all, we can say that Grand Theft Auto V won’t be the only old title this year to get a change.
