Call of Duty 2022 might soon have its gameplay footage and official reveal within a few months

The fans are very much intrigued about the surrounding details regarding COD 2022’s release. The leaker and data miner Ralphs Valve started a QnA session on Twitter where fans asked some of the most speculative questions about the game. Here is one fan asking about the tentative release for the trailer and gameplay for the new title.

To this, Ralph replies that the leaked gameplay footage might be out by April with an official reveal scheduled for May.

This might have given several fans some hope of seeing some new information for the upcoming Call of Duty title. Many people are speculating that this title might be a sequel to the 2019 Modern Warfare. Will Call of Duty become an Xbox exclusive?

Following the acquisition of Activision-Blizzard, Microsoft has clarified its stance on making the Call of Duty franchise exclusive to Xbox consoles. They have said that they will vow by the existing contractual requirements while also making the gameplay experience worthwhile for the other platform users.

On their official blog site, Microsoft President and Vice-Chair Brad Smith has assured, “Microsoft will continue to make Call of Duty and other popular Activision Blizzard titles available on PlayStation through the term of any existing agreement with Activision. And we have committed to Sony that we will also make them available on PlayStation beyond the existing agreement and into the future so that Sony fans can continue to enjoy the games they love.”
