Pokimane was possibly on the latter side, as she claimed to have put on a lot of weight. So she decided to get disciplined and get fitter.

In her latest video, the 26-year-old stated that she got a professional-level trainer who usually works with athletes. She also went to the gym only two or three times per week. Aside from that, she also used to walk for around 6,000 to 10,000 steps.

The Twitch Queen also emphasized the need to get proper nutrition. She found a good balance between eating healthy, delicious, and craving foods. Pokimane also talked about taking supplements and resources like berberine to stabilize her blood sugar level during this fitness challenge.

So the final question is whether Pokimane was able to shed weight or not. The 26-year-old Pokimane shared that post-pandemic her weight was over 135 pounds. But she was able to reduce over 15 pounds. The Moroccan-Canadian claimed she currently weighs 120 pounds.
