Her full name is Azucena Milagros Ortiz Castillo. This character is from Peru. She is also known as the coffee queen. In the trailer, we can see that she runs a Peruvian coffee plantation called Ortiz Farm.

As the only child of a Peruvian family, Azucena breaks into the MMA world. This character has already gained love from Tekken fans for her cheerful attitude and fearless MMA moves. Another reason for her popularity is her unique dressing sense—a funky outfit, a sporty look, and groovy sneakers and hairstyle. Besides having a modern appearance, she also carries the symbol of the ancient Peruvian-Incan martial arts tradition.

Her signature move is the Libertador, a pose that provokes the opponent. She shifts into a stance where she can no longer block but instead instinctively detects and dodges her opponent’s high and low attacks.

We also learned an interesting fact about Azucena’s love affair with Coffee, which, as a caretaker of a coffee plantation farm, is quite natural.
