Fans all know SypherPK through the amazing content that he creates around the popular battle royale game Fortnite. He now is one of the most familiar faces in the Fortnite streaming and content creation scene.

But, to reach the popularity that he now enjoys, the icon needed to take some insane decisions. Ali Hassan in a recent interview shared his past experience of how he ventured into the field of content creation and streaming amidst the opposition from his parents.

Ali Hassan, popularly known as SypherPK, is a very familiar name for Fortnite fans. He is considered to be one of the biggest streamers in the popular battle royale game. Additionally, Sypher is one of the few individuals who got their own creator cosmetic line in the game. But did you know that his parents were not so keen of him streaming? And especially choosing it as a career.

Sypher, in an interview, stated that his parents did not approve of his passion for streaming and making it his livelihood. In the early days of his career, Ali had around 500 recurring viewers. He applied for a partnership, with no hope of getting accepted. But the winds were in his favor and soon he became a partner. The young streamer was making a couple of thousand dollars but still could not get full acceptance from his parents.

So, Sypher took a step that changed his life for the better. The talented content creator moved out of his parent’s house. But another hurdle was in front of Ali. Many house owners rejected his applications for being a tenant due to the nature of his job.

His earnings were through PayPal, and it was hard for many people to understand the concept behind streaming and content creation at that time. But eventually, someone was generous enough to give Hassan a try, and it all worked out for the best.

He began streaming ‘Elder Scrolls’ and ‘For Honour’ with eventual streams of Overwatch. Later Fortnite came out in 2017 and interestingly, he did not like the game that much at first. But he decided to give it one more try and got hooked on to it. If he did not give it a retry we would not have seen such a talented Fortnite player in the metaverse.

Hassan is now one of the most renowned Esports content creators in the world who mainly focuses on his marque game Fortnite. He even began his own gaming studio called Oni Studios to expand his horizons in the Esports field.
