Resident Evil 4 Remake has proven a ground-breaking success for Capcom. This game has also once again proven that it’s hard for anyone in the industry to match the prowess of Capcom in making excellent remakes. The game launched on all platforms except the Nintendo Switch and quickly became one of the most successful titles in the series. This is not a small feat, it’s a long-running series that has seen its share of successes.

One thing that fans missed in this game, though, is the extra campaign that featured Ada Wong. It was basically a side story in the original that showed Ada Wong’s perspective on this story. It appears Capcom has noticed this disappointment of fans and has decided to fix it.

Capcom is finally bringing the Ada Wong campaign to the Resident Evil 4 remake

Resident Evil 4 is the dark story of a person trying to save someone from the clutches of a dark cult. It’s a story of the kind of people he meets during his journey and how he interacts with them. Leon Kennedy, by himself, is a quirky character; he is introduced as a smart-talking, no-nonsense guy who does what’s right.

While looking for his target, he meets a bunch of characters, primarily Ada Wong, a mysterious agent working for some mysterious people. She is looking for something that she does not feel is important enough to tell Leon about. Her character was so interesting that Capcom made a separate story for her; they gave her a separate campaign that tracked her story parallel to that of Leon’s.

That campaign was named Separate Ways. And that campaign is now making its way to the remake of this game too. Fans are already super hyped by this new release. Some who were not very pleased with the actress’s performance as Ada Wong are not convinced, but most of them are pretty excited about this character’s own story.

Capcom is releasing these DLCs pretty fast

While fans are still playing the main game, Capcom is releasing these DLCs for this game at a very fast pace. Only a while ago, they launched the Mercenaries add-on for this game. And now this Ada Wong DLC will launch too.

The only question that remains is: would this be a paid DLC or a free offering? This question would only be answered once this game launches.
